our location

We are located at 621 N. Grand Ave. across the street from the National Guard Armory in Waxahachie. Our building is very easy to access and find your way around. Click here for a map of our building to help you find your way the first time you come

Service Times:

We offer two identical worship services at 9 and 10:45 a.m. on Sunday mornings. There are nursery and children’s activities available during each of the services. You may want to get here early so that you can find your way around the church and if you have children you probably need to get here even earlier to make sure to get your kids checked in.

Sunday Community Groups:

We also have discipleship classes that happen during both worship services.

Here are our current groups.

Once You Are Here:

Please come to our Connection Center in the Rotunda. We would love to meet you and give you some more info about the church.

frequently asked questions

What do people wear?

Anything they want. While you may see a few people in suits and ties, most are casually dressed, often in jeans. Our focus is not on the clothes we are wearing but on whether or not we are drawing near to God and one another in worship.

Will I be hounded as a visitor?

We promise we will not single you out in our services or visit your house after you attend church here unless you ask us to.

What kind of music is in your services?

We value both hymns and new music and seek to worship God with a balance of music.

How long are your services?

About one hour and fifteen minutes.

in a nutshell

community groups

One of the best ways to grow in your faith as a disciple of Jesus is to develop friendships in community with others. We have "Community Groups" that meet throughout each week and on Sunday mornings. In these groups you get to know others and allow for others to get to know you.

All WBC Community groups are open for anyone to attend.
