Each Friday morning from 7:30am to 8:15 am, members of WBC meet and greet students who are coming in the doors of the Waxahachie High School campus.   They are given a smile, a greeting, a high five, or a fist bump that acknowledges them and affirms them.   The team seeks to be the presence of Christ on the campus demonstrating the love of Jesus for each one of the students by praying for them as they pass and encouraging them.  Brief and occasional conversations give students the opportunity to be blessed and valued by the greeters.

At the end of the 2018-2019 school year this team was recognized by the high school as the outstanding volunteer group on the campus.  This ministry is led by Mike Peavler.  Call Mike at 972-938-7343 to be involved in this outreach ministry (background checks are required by WISD to be on the campus).
