The primary purpose of the Eyes & Ears Program/Responders Ministry is to strive to ensure the safety of the children, congregation, staff, visitors and all that attend Sunday services at WBC, as well as other events on our campus, and to continually train and disciple the members of the team.  The team consists of responders, greeters, and  medical professionals that are invited to join the team and volunteer to address the safety of those in their charge.  They also work in conjunction with the uniformed police officers patrolling the buildings and parking lots. Volunteers will be involved in various aspects of safety and be familiar with all resources available.
